We started as a focused PE stamp desk and expanded into full engineering services because clients rarely need a seal in isolation. They need drawings checked, disciplines coordinated, comments answered, and packages that survive building-department review.
Today Kevin Engineering supports residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure work east of the Mississippi — from sheet stamping to design verification, CAD drafting, and 3D coordination. Every job is matched to an engineer licensed in the project state.
The office is at 105 Coopers Lane, Stafford, Virginia. Intake, quoting, and follow-up sit there. Field work does not. When a seal depends on existing conditions the drawings omit, an engineer walks the property. That visit is a flat fee on the quote — $450 residential or solar, $650 other, $850 commercial — and it adds about two business days.
Upload plans for a live quote, or write when the scope is broader than a stamp. Plan-check comments on the sealed scope go back to the same engineer. Work west of the Mississippi, and work in Canada, is outside this practice.
