What are you planning to build?

Pick the project. Each page explains when that permit needs a PE stamp, which sheets get sealed, and how the quote is priced.

Disciplines tell you who seals the set. Project type tells you what the building department is reviewing. Upload drawings you already have, or ask for CAD drafting when the set still needs to be drawn. Drafting is priced by square footage. Stamping is priced by the sheet.

If the page describes work on an existing building and those conditions are not drawn, add an on-site survey in the quote. Residential and solar visits are $450, other projects $650, and commercial $850, plus about two business days.
